Is there a free trial?
Not directly, but the Free plan is permanent and gives you 3 scans/month with full checks on Free areas. For Premium areas you can see a preview before upgrading.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no commitment. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid billing period, then automatically return to Free.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. If you upgrade (Starter → Pro), the prorated difference is charged. If you downgrade (Pro → Starter), the change applies at the end of the current period without losing what you paid.
Do you refund if I'm not happy?
Yes. You have 14 days from the first charge to request a full refund without needing to justify the reason. Email us at soporte@hard2bit.com and we process within 24-72h.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. Stripe calculates VAT automatically based on your country (21% in Spain B2C, 0% for EU B2B reverse charge with valid VAT).
